Users can exchange content information in real time via IM session and share created content by uploading back to content repository
Users need to exchange information on content creation during asset creation. Generally this is done by organizing costly meetings. Further the effectiveness of the information captured during these meetings is lost as a result of latency.
collabreate presents a unique solution of being able to connect to other users from within the application via a Skype integration. So when users are engaged in the task of Content creation, they can actively collaborate.
Created content can be pushed back to the content repository from within the system without having to send email attcahments.
